hump day workouts

some days you just feel great, today was one of them.  i wish i could figure out how to reproduce these days, but i'll take them when i can get them.

did a 60 min spin class (endurance) followed by a 5K brick on the Treadmill.  Felt great on the run, i kept increasing the speed and still felt awesome.  like i said, wish i could recreate these days.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

 9 miles on the greenway before work.  

Sorry I missed the spin but I saw Brian twice on my run.  He was heading out as I was heading back in and then he passed me a couple miles later.

 after 3 days of no running, I finally got back out there for 3 miles.

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

 Certainly takes away the excuses!!  This is Week #1 for me in P90x, I like it so far!
