I would like to start with some strength training, but not sure where to start.  Surgery is scheduled on July 17th.  I am a mom of three (all 8 and under), and am looking for something I could do with my kids around.

Ideas??

I'm a mom of 2 and started my journey at 315lbs.  I started with 2 and 3 lb weights and did Richard Simmons videos with weights/cords in the beginning, etc...

As you do the routines regularly you'll gain endurance and will be able to do more reps with heavier weights, etc...

Hope you have a GREAT surgery experience!!
