Shake It

Is there a difference in results between the Classic Shake Weight and Shake Weight Pro?

Have no idea.  It seemed a bit too gimicky for me (and I'm sorry, but the commercial just sends me to vulgar thoughts and then giggles!).

Good old fashioned weights work just fine. 

I know several people that bought the shake weight, and it quickly sat in a corner collecting dust.

When I see Shake Weights now they remind me of the South Park episode where after your workout the Weight dispenses a "misting spray" to cool you off and then gives you cab fare.

I may buy one post surgery to help with my arms.
