Friday Workouts!!!

I did a little more (homemade) cross fit this morning.  1/2 mile warm up run - Lifted rocks, curled some tree trunks, sprinted up some hills, did some plank and push ups and some other minor stuff.

 8 Km (6 mi) early this AM. Week 5 for Route 66 Marathon.

Tonight a nice 2 miles walk with my wife and "her" dog. Lol.

 that is awesome I can't wait til I work myself up to running like I use to when I was like 13 or 14 reading posts like this makes me want to push even harder to get there
