I ran 2.3 miles this morning which was the first time in about 2 months that I really did any real running.

A pretty nice 4 mile run. I need a new route though - i'm b-o-r-e-d after running the same streets 4 weeks in a row!

 Did 2.5 miles outside this am, then 1 mile on the TM in the pm. Spent part of the day surfing the web for more trails - I'm becoming an addict! Did the Capital Crescent Trail twice this weekend (4m on Saturday, 5 miles on Monday), and doing the Mt. Vernon trail this Saturday. I love the DC area!!

did an hour and a half endurance spin class w/ Paul...  this was the first time (in years of doing spin class) that i was cracked during an interval. 
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 Did the class with Bill plus about a 30min warm up.  I was close to cracking, probably did but just to stuborn to know it as my legs gave out in about the 3rd from the last interval.  Massive pool of sweat on the floor.

A wonderful way to Brutalize yourself!

 When you have Zero energy left.  

Think of it like this
You are in the middle of pedaling like a madman and then your body says "HELL NO!" and you have to dial back or stop for a second to muster it up for the finish.
