Looking for exercise buddies in Texas
I am 3.5 years post op and am needing some exercise encouragement. I've started to gain weight back in the last year and I don't want to be right back where I started at.
So I'm looking for a group or someone to work out with to keep me encouraged and motivated so that I can loose the weight I have gained and reach my weight loss goal and stay there.
