An hour of crossfit. Skill was back squats, 5 reps of 3. Started at 55# and worked up to 105#. Then did wallballs (35, 30, 25, 20) with 200m runs in between. Jello legs right after but feel great now! Today is Day 1 of the Paleo challenge, so far so good.

45 min Spinnerval class... wow. 3 songs of spin then 4 stations (50 sec work, 10 sec transition) - suicide jumps (burpees w/o the pushup), resistance band thrusters, high knees, BOSU ball pushup shuffles; then another 12-14 min of spin, circuits, more spin

 I run 3 miles every morning using my treadmill and 4 miles with my stationary bike. Next week I'm planning to do it on trails :)

 2.73 miles.... not a great distance but at least my pace is improving!

 5 mile run/walk.  lot more walking...but very hilly route, so I don't mind.  Longest planned exercise in months, so I felt good about getting out there.
