 Wow, imagine that, I'm starting this thread!  crazy!

I walked 1.6 miles to the train this morning.  I will walk the same route home at the end of the day!
In my house, we call that better than nothing!

lowest incline 3.5, highest 15
30 sec walk at 3.5
30 sec jog (4.5 - 5.0)

30 sec each station, 5 rounds
55lb incline chest press (last round 45lbs)
35lb sumo squat high pull w/ dumb bell
35lb dumbbell swing

I was 15 minutes late so we ran out of time before we got the portion of her plan for core exercises.

 swimming today for about 30 minutes.  Having the snokle made a HUGE difference!!!.  First time in a long time.  I cant run for 5 days due to an injeciton I got in my knee.  (wierd, huh Sue, since taking time off was the topic yesterday)  I can use the elliptical , so that is going to be my running for the next 3 days. :)  Better than nothing!!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!
