. . . for information to educate myself on running, stretching, hydration, calorie intake, using a pedometer or any other aids necessary, and all of that fun stuff?
I would like to start running, and am just starting to get information together. Does anyone know of any good web sites or even books to read that you would recommend for a beginner?
I haven't "run" for over 30 years
(omggggggggg am I really THAT old?!?!?!?!) but I used to enjoy it when I did.
