Monday workouts

How did you guys kick off your week?

This morning I did a 4 mile run in 34 minutes and some change, took an hour "re-charge" break, and went to the pool and did a 1400 meter swim

I ran 6 miles, it took me about an hour and ten minutes.

Did a quick pm run of 1.5 miles and I think I discovered what gave me Runner's Toe.... the Thorlo socks!!  They have too much padding at the front of the toebox and were rubbing the crap out of my (still painful) right big toe. Ugh.....

4.7 mile run, 9 mile bike and 1 mile brick run.  It felt good to work hard.  I am ready for a real bike instead of the stationary bike!!  :-)

Still "taking it easy" after ps. I did 2.5 miles and some change in 30 mins. Boy I can't wait to run some distance and be drenched with sweat!!

My wii died so I bought the xbox 360 with the kinnect.. my daughter and I played on that thing for an hour! Best fun I've had in ages!

Last nights workout: 5.5 miles at 12 minute pace. The cooler weather is definitely helping at this point!
