when ever i wake up on Mondays i always have a word on my mind "OGIM" (Oh God Its  Monday). But its not these words that decide our fitness regime, I always kick up with jogging and skipping to warm up my week and start my day with full of energy. i always try and increase my stamina of running a little more every day and that gives me a good feeling after good work out. That should be the spirit for starting the week.
