2300m swim. Seems like it took forever but first swim in months is in the books.

the last time i swam was the peachtree tri in august :)

with IMFL 70.3 coming up in may, i may want to think about getting into the pool again...

other than a "swim" in sydney my last was Augusta in Sept.  but dude your swim is still so far beyond mine

750 meters in the pool.  I am so ready to feel comfortable in the pool, but it is going to take MORE practice!!

ugh.  plans for the gym tonight are scuttled.  have to attend a 5pm meeting at work on a friday.  yay me.  will move the workout to tomorrow.  Paul, you doing mike's class on sunday?

My first "official" brick workout of the training - 20 miles on the spin bike (with no padded shorts, ouch), followed by a 1 mile run. Considering I pushed myself pretty hard yesterday, I was happy with this. However, I'm soooo swollen now it's not even funny and has me 2nd guessing whether I should be back in the gym yet. FML.

Rest day planned - had considered going out for a little jog around the 'hood but am just going to leave it as a rest day I think.
