Thursday Workouts!

I didnt want to go to the gym but had a 45 min run scheduled.  It's done, it sucked, but its done. :-)   Then some core work.

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Another run for me, 4.35 miles, 50 minutes.

TM run - 5k in 38 min (a couple 30 sec walk breaks). It was painful and probably pushed too hard but felt good.

Just an FYI, your 5K  just after your surgery is what I normally run!!!    I am trying not to be jealous!!

i got in a decent strength training session followed by a 5 mile run on the TM...

Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

workout with the trainer - 30 minute AMRAP, 4 stations w/ 20 reps + TM sprint at 7.0 for 1min

45lb push press, box jumps, jump pullups, captain's chair crunches, TM .... I managed 4 rounds;  last 30 sec on TM she put it on 8.0. My short little legs were crazy lol

Then I did an easy 1/4 mile on the elliptical waiting for the kickboxing class to start - 30 min there

5 very tough miles - chocking up these crappy runs to weekly mileage increase.  Hope it gets better soon!
