Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

50 minutes Zumba with the XBox Kinect, and some upper body weight sets with a couple planks thrown in for good measure

I took a rest day and am regretting it big time at this point. My eating was suboptimal today (always is on a rest day) and they've already called for school early release tomorrow because of the potential of bad weather, so unless I get up pre-dawn to run (which isn't going to happen with the temperature in the teens) I'm going to probably be benched tomorrow as well.

Phooey.

Then stairs- 2 rounds, 4 flights - jogging, every other step, sprinting  (5min)

A little bit of yoga at lunchtime.

My run was 3 "easy" miles - ugh! All my runs have been a huge struggle this week.  Maybe I ran too fast during my 10 miler last Saturday?
