Tuesday workouts. Wha'cha doing today??

5 mile run.. The princess knee is royally pissed at the screwball weather in the south.  30 degrees on day 70 degrees the next and  arthritis does not like it at all.

2 years ago it was work to walk to the mailbox. :-)   I just kept walking and walking and walking.   Then I started running.  Just keep getting out there!

4 mile run.

I froze yesterday and sweated like crazy today from the get go. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to keep running in the summer. I'm overheat easily and I felt bad running today. Unless I get used to it, there's no way that I'm gonna to be able to hack it come May let alone August!

I am not great with the heat either. During the summer I get up a dawn to run and will still go through 40 oz of fluid. I don't have anywhere to get fresh water when I run so I carry it with me. 2 20oz hand held bottles and the another 16 on a belt when it is really hot. I also can NOTrun with a hat. A visor is ok. I don't even where a hat when it's cold because I overheat so easy. You will find a way!!

ran 5 miles with my pace coach - both she & I had attack of the gas monster!!

Today I was suppose to run 1.5 miles but my legs were like lead. Yesterday, did a Body Pump and core training class. I just could not pace myself. Tomorrow.. I have Body Pump and core again.. I wonder if I just pushed myself too hard

Three 1 mile repeats on local Greenway. Times 7:58, 8:30, and 8:12. Cooled down with a 1 mile jog at 9:47. Making a real effort to get faster this summer. Love to run in the heat.

Today one hour spin.... About 15 miles then a quick 3 mile run...that's my usual workout...I have to maximize my workouts!!!! Just ove to sweat!!!!
