Monday Workouts.

12 miles on the bike trainer.  That things kicks my ass.  

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Finally felt better from being sick, so I was able to do 70 minutes of intervals on the bike trainer

4 mile run and then I attempted a yoga DVD that I borrowed from the library - it clearly was not intended for somebody with two left feet and two left hands :)

Yoga and I are not very compatible.  :-)

Packed up and moved my mother's 4 bedroom house for 19 hrs on Monday, 13 hrs on Sunday, and 9 hrs on Saturday. Um, I think that counts as workouts, especially since I am covered in bruises, can't close my right hand and have blisters on both feet. I feel like I either ran a marathon or crawled it on my hands.....
