Hi everyone hope your all doing well. I need a little help I had my surgery a few years ago and was doing good bought new cloths and about two years ago I just let myself go again no ones fault but mine. In my weight loss adventure I was down to 195 but no energy and looked sickly so I went up a little then a little more until I got on a scale two months ago a wow 235 well I started to try and ride my bike to work at least twice a day and once on the weekends well I'm down to 219 feel better but yesterday I rode 50 miles my legs feel good today but as I rode I felt with no energy what can we eat to keep the energy through my ride? And I love my beer is this okay? Thanks for any help.

A well balanced daily diet of Healthy carbs (fruits & Veggies) mixed with lean protein helps get me through longer durations.  Bananas are a staple in my daily diet.
