Very inspiring photo it is. Exercise is really one of the great ways to keep a healthy lifestyle, get rid of fats and maintain a physically fir body regardless of age. I have not worked out for the past year or so, and it's killing me. I loved to walk in the mornings, and after dinner, but now I have completely NO motivation to do so. I really need to do this not only for me but my family too. Ugh...gotta get my mind right!!! Think positive, work out...see RESULTS!!! MOTIVATION, come back to me!
Time is of the essence....let's make the best of it!!
