Running this morning, 3.43 miles in 37:18 (10:52 pace).  Set a new personal records, 5k in 32:40!!

weird day - Mondays are planned rest days per my trainer, but she had me down to train at 1245 today .  I didn't.

Instead I spent a glorious morning at the ortho doc getting an injection in my shoulder (minor rotator cuff "issues" - didn't say tear) and another in my thumb which he is more concerned about thinking I have damaged a ligament there. 


Back to the trainer tomorrow.

Hi Paul...I was up early as well. Went to the Y and did work on back/biceps/legs for 50 minutes, then a 20 minute session on the Elliptical. Good Way to start the week!
