Well, its been a week since Augusta.  I am so excited that I finished.  I got to meet Paul Corely and his family, and Jillian and her husband Joel.  Paul is the one who convinced me I could do it and he and Jillian have been a huge base of support for me!!   I have spent some time in the pool, as well as some time on the bike and ran 6 miles today.  I am not sore anymore but I am still really tired.  If you are interested in the race report it is on my blog there are two of them.  One is just a straight forward to report and the second on is things I learned during the race.   I really had  a great time and am glad I did it!!  Now its marathon time!!

Happy Training!!!

Kat

That is super awesome!  At one point in time I thought I would like to try a tri (I can bike and run, swimming though I am not so efficient!)  I have been training for a full marathon this weekend and to be honest I think it is to much for me.  I am constantly exhausted and should be super excited, but alas I just want to sleep!  How do you find the time to train?

I may have had a few extra potholes along the way, but the journey has been good!

It was an EPIC DAY!  Augusta is by far my favorite source of pain.
