It's the Weekend - What's your workout?

Saturday our Tri club did an OWS followed by a run. I ran the whole 5k! My time was just okay. But it's the farthest I ran without a walk break since I came back to running.

Today I'm supposed to go out on my Mountain Bike on the trails in prep for my Mountain Bike race this coming up weekend. I haven't found a friend to go with me so I hope I don't whimp out!

laced up the running shoes for the first time in years on Friday and was able to manage a slow 5k. Yard work yesterday and 46 on the bike today. Great weekend!!

I hope one day I can run a 5K! That's amazing! I'm four week out and I just found out my gym membership was cancelled by accident. So until I can get it reinstated I will be doing some light housework and a 2 mile walk outside. The weather is pretty nice today in California so I'm thankful for that.

This weekend I didn't get outside at all (boo), but the weather was mediocre and there is lots of playoff hockey to watch!

Saturday I did a full body lift followed by some sprints

Today I ran my fastest 3 miles (wohhoo!) and did an vinyasa yoga class

 

Two great workouts :)

Saturday was rest day and today (Sunday) ran in the Nike Women's Half. Wasn't looking to PR so did it in 2:17:46 and had a great time!

Congrats! How is the bling bling??

I rested on Saturday and ran the Diva Dash 5K on Sunday.
