Few ways to stop over eating after your workout.

- Don't pig out after you work out.

-Work out right before a meal

-Make your workout fun

-Pair protein and carbs.

Water, water and more water. If you feel hungry and feel you must eat drink 8-10 ounces of water and then wait about 10 minutes before you eat. At the very leas****er will curve your appetite and you will not eat as much or you may not feel the need to eat at all. Water is convenient and free so give it a try. Hope this helps.
