What are you doing to help exercise your thighs and core muscles? I don't have room for a heavy piece of machinery. Any ideas

on what I should "get" and "do" ?? Thanks! Karen

Walking definitely works the thigh muscles & is low impact exercise you can do anywhere. As far as the core muscles, I'm not too sure on that one, maybe yoga? You can try getting a gym membership to try out different machines & take classes there to see what you like. There's plenty of promotions going on now that it's the beginning of the year.

I do yoga for pretty much everything :)  Pilates is also awesome for your core.  All yoga and pilates require is a mat and I use the same mat for both.  There are lots of exercise videos and apps out there!
