Weekly Work Out 8/24 to 8/30

Monday - Walked 2.8 miles and did a practice 5K in 38 minutes.

Tuesday - Walked 1.8 miles and did a practice 5K in new best of 35:25

Wednesday - 1/2 mile warm up.  7.35 miles in 1:30 walk/run intervals.  1/2 mile cool down.

Thursday - off day

Friday - 1/2 mile warm up walk.  10 miles in 2:04 walk/run intervals.  1/2 mile cool down walk.

Saturday - Bike

Sunday - 440's speed building runs.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)

10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16

I'm not entirely sure since this is a chemo week and, in theory, we'll be in Philly all day for brain cancer stuff which means I'll miss even being able to do BodyCombat on Wednesday.  So... 

Monday - physical therapy, yoga, walk with mom?
Tuesday - yoga, walk with mom?
Wednesday - yoga
Thursday - yoga
Friday - yoga, physical therapy
Saturday - yoga
Sunday - bowflex (I've been very negligent in bow flexing and I really need to get it going again.)

Sunday - treadmill 5K run (Personal record: 25:31), 15 mins weight training

Monday - 3 mile run, 30 min Tabata Core class

Tuesday - 60 min Step class, possible second workout with boyfriend

Wednesday - 45 min boot camp

Thursday - 4 mile run

Friday - 60 min total body conditioning class

Sat - 4 mile run

Sun - Airport walking (rest day)
