Run - 130 miles - get average mile pace below 12 minutes for long runs.

Run 5K on September 13 in sub 35 minutes.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16

I have a few September goals.  The biggest one is START RUNNING AGAIN!  I hope to be cleared for that by the end of the month.  

My other goal is to just survive with my new fitness schedule and the integration of that into my academic schedule.  I'm adding 3 pilates classes to my weekly class schedule plus a full time course load in college.  So I'm not sure if I'll be able to do all the things or not.

Off day today so I finished September with 138 miles running.  I did not come close to the bike goal with only about 30 miles.

I have changed my focus on training to MAF so no longer worried about times. 

I did run 2 5Ks in under 34 minutes. 

Not a bad month.
