My first day running. Well I should say jog/walk. I completed my first mile. My body wasn't tired but my lungs were.  I did feel much lighter than the last time I tried running (59lbs ago).  My knee is a little fatigued (ACL repair 3 years ago). Overall I feel great. I will attempt the same mile Saturday morning. Thanks for all the advice!!  Time to take a nap!

I read you post, and started the 5K training program.  I ran 8 separate minutes but needed more than one minute between.  So it was run 1 min, walk 2-3 min.  Then....I forgot to run on Saturday. How did your Saturday run go?  I will try to walk/jog today.
