Recommendations between the two or something else?  I want one that I can use a chest strap.

Thanks!

I recommend the Vivoactive.  It's an activity tracker but also a GPS watch that works with running, walking, biking, swimming and golf.  It's water proof, obviously, since it works with swimming.  And it's "smart" so you can get notifications from your phone to the watch.  I figure if you're going to spend the money on a device, you might as well get a robust one that will suit all of your current and future needs.  :)
