130 miles of running in a month is great, not to mention the bike miles.  I decided to reduce my number of days running.  I realized I was not near strong enough and replaced two days a week with strength training at the gym.  Good luck on the goals!

Well, I signed up for my first 5K, so will be training for that.  It will be on October 11, at Disneyland, so it will be fun, with plenty to look at on the route.

I've been doing my best to get at least 10,000 steps a day, to get about 3.7 miles per day.  Downtown Disney, Disneyland and California Adventure are my favorite places to walk, so my husband and I try to go at least once a week.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

In 7 days I'll be 9 years out...I turned 60 last month. The first few years either you have made a lifestyle change or you haven't. My goals are yearly now. I've had 2 heart attacks. So I ride my bike, try to eat right, work around the yards. This last month I married off my second daughter...That was a big big goal. I really never thought I would see that day. I should have died 9 years ago. My last two goals...Lord willing; Being able to collect (not that I would) Social Security at 62. The last goal is to use Medicare...At 65. Basic...Simple. Brian

137 miles of running. :)

20 miles on the bike :(

Just not having enough time on weekends for the bike.

I finished my 10K in 74 minutes. Assuming it was 10k, my garmin showed it was only 6 miles but there were lots of sharp turns and U turns which I am told can throw the garmin off some.
