Good afternoon, I have been walking more and more lately, and have to do it most days in the halls of our local high school where it is dead silent.  can anyone recommend a good "Walkman"  (I know I know, I'm old school but they were the shizzle back in my day!!! LOL)

I just use my phone.

If you actually want to listen to tape cassettes... I'm sure Amazon has a number that are all basically the same. :)

Spotify, Pandora, Amazon, iTunes if you have an iPhone.

Walkman's rocked in the day. I use an IPod. When I work out/walk I put it in a plastic baggy and clip it to my shirt with a binder metal clip on my tank which is under another shirt.  Download music from iTunes. My husband uses his phone and listens to Spotify.  My phone is cumbersome to carry around.

I use my iPhone (and before that, a used iPod) with music from iTunes.  If I'm not wearing a coat with pockets that I can stuff my phone into, I use this Slim Fit Sports Belt.  That also holds id and a house key, which is nice.

I found that regular earbuds constantly had one ear not working or cutting in and out -- I went through maybe 4 pairs before I got fed up and switched to a bluetooth headset.  Mpow Sweatproof Sport Headphones

I'm an Apple guy.

I have added to an iTunes library over the years and have done so with iBooks and their movies, too.

Everything is nice and easy to que up from a number of Apple devices in the house......be it laptop or desktop computing, home theater or streaming music to the kitchen den, bedrooms and deck.

Uber simple.

That being said......an average smartphone with some ear buds is all you need to get rolling with.  Tons of free apps such as i heart Radio can be downloaded and you are up and grooving on the types of tunes you like for free.

Live, love and make the most out of what your surgeon has done for you...........live your life without excuses and without regrets.
