Monday will be just walking from buses to clients. I start at 8 finish at 6 with no breaks. than home to walk my dog

Wed strength training and master swim
Thursday 60 minute run
Friday strength trainig
Saturday run know it will be over an hour

Fenced in a tournament Sunday - fenced against kids the ages of my own kids _14-18) and a few adults as well. Did better than my last tournament but not as well as I would have liked. Also, joined a new gym. While we love our YMCA, hubby and I have "outgrown" it -- we really wanted something with fewer crowds and more services. Going to try a Yoga class tomorrow or just do a general work out. Have my first meeting with my trainer there on Saturday.
Monday - Fencing - lesson and class 2.5 hours
Tuesday - gym day - explore new LifeTime Fitness
Wedensday May not make fencing -have a meeting at 6. We'll see.
Thursday - off to the gym again
Friday - possible open fencing at another club
Saturday - onboard training at new gym
Sunday - rest

Still reading regularly, but not really doing much. I did get to canoe 6-7 miles on Saturday and that was AWESOME. :D Even if I paid for it later in swelling :)
If everything goes well this week, which is a BIG if, I hope to do yoga and pilates classes on Wednesday. And my bereavement group has a walk scheduled for Thursday!
