Well it was tough training with the heat wave. The one day it was just to hot and by the time i finished work I did not have it in me to go on the treadmill and run. I was done. Heatwave has broken but they have been saying we are in for another one.

Monday swim

Tuesday strength training

Wed 45 minute run master swim and I hoping to make it to dance class

Thursday run

Friday 50 minute bike ride drill work

Saturday swim out of the water onto the bike and not sure if there is a run

Sunday 80 minute easy bike ride

I broke down and joined the gym so I could run inside. I ran outside on Tuesday and it sucked. So I ran on the treadmill on Thursday and that was awesome. Then we had a super awesome gorgeous weekend, and I was too sick to enjoy any of it. RAGE!!

Sorry for the late response - I'm in recovery mode - a little. Fenced at Summer Nationals in St. Louis last week - three days of fencing (burned about 3K calories per fencing day so pretty much ate whatever I felt like), drove out and back and did the tourist thing too in the 100 degree heat there. Didn't set the world on fire, didn't suck. Didn't finish any event dead f-ing last. All of which are more than I hoped for.

Sunday - deadlifting and yoga with recovery time

Monday - lesson and fencing (3 hours)

Tuesday - personal training 1 hour and cross fit type class

Wednesday - fencing 2.5 hours

Thursday - crossfit class

Friday - Pilates

Saturday - lifting and agility - shoulder mobility as well

Sunday -probably rest maybe a recreational bike ride if the weather is nice.

Considering a competition at the end of this month, but want to talk to my coach first - don't know if it would be worth a 2 hour drive each way.

Hope everyone has a great week.

Keep on losing!

way to go with your fencing. You could never suck at it. You are out there doing it. No matter where you place even last you should better proud of yourself. You are doing it.
