Last week went well. Actually made it to the gym twice and got more miles than planned at 69. Only thing I missed was yoga, but close enough.

Monday-gym. 6 miles at lunch.

Tuesday-14 mile run

Wednesday-4 mile run and gym

Thursday- Turkey Trot 5k. We'll see how hard I decide to run it. Would like to PR but it's a trail race so we'll see. Total miles will be about 8.

Friday-6 mile run and yoga

Saturday-20 mile run

Sunday-10 mile run

Doc my friends are trying to talk me in to running the "Trail of Fears" here. Its a 4.5 mile Trail Run loop on Dec 29th. Starts at 7am...1 hr to run each loop. Last man standing format. Last year they stopped at 1 am..

I may just do it to get 6 loops in to qualify for an Ultra..
