Good for you trying spin - it scares the crap out of me! Different week here. Older child was home this weekend for a visit from college which was nice and no fencing tonight due to all the coaches being at the Junior Olympics in Denver.

Monday - Weights (arms, core) and maybe some footwork for fencing. At least an hour workout

Tuesday - Cross fit class

Wednesday - Fencing 2 hours

Thursday - An hour with the beast that is my trainer and an hour of cross fit

Friday - Pilates and fencing lesson

Saturday - Cross FIt

Sunday - Fencing tournament and hopefully yoga at 4:30 if I get back in time.

Have a great week everyone.

Keep on losing!

I love spin class. I always tell people keep going back it gets better.

Monday it is holiday here (family day) so i booked it off and did my house work. does that count as a work out

Tue 3 hour run in the cold and with ice. I call it a survival run

Wed strength training and master swim if they stay open. In for a another storm here. 3 weeks in a row.

Thursday a lot of walk and if we get the storm that will be my work out

Friday saturday and sunday nothing. I have to have a back molar taken out. To much money to try and save it. Plus they say it can last a week or a month or 10 years. they have no idea and at 2 thousand dollars i have only on choice pull it. They say no exercise for a few days that i will not feel up to it. They were honest and told me the pain will be bad

Jackpot 24 hour went pretty poorly. Weather was wacky and my IT band went crazy at mile 25. Managed to make it to 70 miles before I decided that i'd had enough torture and pain. Pretty bummed about missing goals, but it is what it is. I guess i'll just have to try again next time.

Monday-crying and death

Tuesday-still crying, more death

Wednesday-try some yoga

Thursday-body check and some light gym work

Friday-yoga

Saturday-run? maybe? hopefully?

Sunday-repeat

Yeah, I ran the 24 hour event. They had 6, 12, 24, and 48 hour races. They also had set distance races of 26.2, 50 miles, and 100 miles.
