Has your weekly routine been interrupted due to COVID issues? Have you done different exercises?

Are you able to incorporate something else instead of going to the gym?

I know some gyms are open when you make an appointment? so they can accommodate for social distancing, sanitizing etc?

Hi Sumari

The gyms have been closed until December due to lockdown.

But, I get in some walking and cycling to keep moving and keep the head healthy too.

SuMari,

Can you go to your gym by appointment??

There are a few places that made appointments around me... but with the new Stay At Home order for California, most gyms have closed... there are a few that still remain open. I have not gone since I am abiding by the order

Of course, I understand.

Sounds great, I had that plan when I was training for the marathon last fall. All the gyms were closed, so I trained at home and ran in the park near my house. How have you been doing? I would like to swim too, but it's hard since everything is closed.

I love your routine for the week. I'm thinking of adding more activity. But it's very cold here now, it's better not to go outside. I like that you have different workouts for different days. But do your muscles have time to recover?
