My two cents...I started running at a MUCH higher weight about 230...in the beginning did Couch to 5k, ran my first 5K and I had the running bug...eventually ran a 10K, 1/2 marathon and finally a full marathon! I now run 2-3 times a week at 3-5 miles ...Good luck!

I have been struggling to find time to exercise. I tried by getting up early to do it. No go. Just have to think like the Nike commercial and JUST DO IT

I am blessed to have a full of life. Still, I have been struggling to find time to exercise. I am going to try by getting up early to do it. I am not a nite person but gonna give it a shot!

Hate getting old :( Having knee issues in BOTH knees. They are not bad enough I cannot exercise but being painful enough to be aggravated....Still gonna try to do what I can...
