I use Benefiber in my food because I have diverticulosis. I like it because it has no taste or texture and mixes in well.  It's a Novartis product Has anyone tried Beneprotein??? I see Walgreens has it online and so does amazon.com Any thoughts? Mary

I have used Beneprotein since my surgery on 3/5. It may be psychological but I think I feel more full when I add it to things.  It has no taste either.  Marivonne recommended me using it. I really like it.  Mari if you are out there let us know what you thought about the product!
