My body is rejecting fast food. I can't even cheat ....

Ugh! I ate a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit from McDonald's this morning and I've been in the bathroom ALL DAY. My tummy still hurts I had Taco Bell about 2 months ago and the same thing ... I was in the bathroom for 2 days I can count on one hand the number of times I've had fast food in the last 9 months. Now that I eat so healthy, my body can't even process the grease, fat and salt.  It's crazy to think I used to eat that stuff multiple times per week. What was I thinking?

I’m now in that mystical place I couldn’t even fathom 9 months ago …. I have no desire to EVER eat fast food again!

 

 

I had a quarter of an eggroll this week and the same thing happened.  I use to eat two of them with my meal. Remember, it is a good thing.

I agree - it's a GREAT thing You better believe I'll remember this feeling for a lonnnnnnnnnnnnng time (  OMG  )

I feel ya there!  I had a McDonalds Milkshake while on liquids after my first fill, then tortilla soup from Chili's for dinner that night.  When i got home I spent the entire night in the bathroom and (TMI HERE!!!!!) there was litteraly a film of oil over the water in the bowl.  (reminded me of the side effects of xenical/orlistat/Alli) It was HORRIBLE!!  I haven't gone near fast food or even questionable resteraunt food since!   Kari

A couple of weeks ago I had one of the junior cheesburgers from Wendy's.  Took off the bun, lettuce and tomato and ate about 3/4 of the burger.  My mouth felt as if it was coated with grease for the rest of the day-as if someone took a paint brush of lard and painted the roof of my mouth, tongue and inside of my cheeks.  And I used to eat two of those, with a baked potato and a frosty!

I'm really glad for you Candle.  I couldn't eat that junk for years before my band (gallbladder removed), but now just the smell of it causes my stomach to churn.      I can't go near the mall food court and driving by a Mickeys, Burger King, etc. is always iffy. Terri
