How do you use PB2?  I've seen this product mentioned before and was just wondering how you eat it?  Thanks Lori

PB2 is a reduced-fat peanut butter powder that can be reconstituted with water to make a paste (use it like peanut butter).  I love it mixed with my morning oatmeal.  It's great in protein shakes. Sometimes I mix it with SF chocolate pudding.  Sometimes I mix it into Yoplait Light vanilla yogurt (or you could mix it with Greek yogurt and add sweetener to taste).  I've used it in an Asian style marinade for chicken together with soy sauce, rice vinegar, Splenda, garlic, and hot sauce.  There are lots of recipes using PB2 at www.bellplantation.com.

You can order PB2 directly from bellplantation.com (you have to buy 6 jars at a time, but that's not a problem for me), or from www.netrition.com.  Supposedly it's also available in some retail stores, but I haven't found it in my area.

Thank you for answering that question as I have been meaning to ask it myself.  I LOVE peanut butter but don't have it often D/T calories in it.  I just ordered a jar of the regular and the chocolate to try....I can't wait til it comes and I hope I like it!
