Hi-

It seems like none of you are taking in many calories.  Is there a number you shoot for or a minimum?  My nut says 1200 give or take-are you getting this much in?

 I aim for 1000 calories and 80 gms of protein

I find it easiest to keep track via thedailyplate.com

I set my calorie goal as 1000...some days I'm a little over and some days a little under

For me...

B: 1 scrambled egg & a teaspoon of salsa, & tangelo
L: Braised tofu with baby corn, snow peas, and mushrooms
D: ???
S: yogurt

B: Coffee with cream, 2 egg omelet with cheese and green chili
Post WK out: protein shake
L: 4 oz chicken with buffalo sauce and sour cream wrapped in a low carb tortilla.
S: Coffee with cream and an Atkins bar
D: Taco meat with sour cream, cheese and salsa.

To answer the calorie question, I stopped counting. WHY? Because I stalled.....for 6 months. If you are eating protein and lowest amount of carbs possible you shouldn't worry about calories or fat. I went back to the band rules (protein, protein protein) a week ago and so far have lost 5 lbs and went from eating 1000 calories to 1550.

lapband in 2008 at 298lbs , lowest weight was 183lbs , Band almost killed me and removed in 2011. No revison because to much damage for revision.

LOOK AT YOU!!!! i have been on an unplanned break, but i am back. you are doing amazing!!! you look fantastic! I love spin... i have been looking for classes that fit my schedule. You are SOOOOOOOOO FREAKING CLOSE TO GOAL, GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
