Early: Weigh****chers string cheese. Cofee with SF vanilla syrup and 1 Cream

Breakfast: 2 Scrambled eggs slice of turkey bacon

Lunch: 3oz chopped grilled steak, half of small sweet potato

Snack: Probably cheese and applesauce

Dinner: Not sure probably smart ones dinner

Im trying so hard to curb the snacking, hard without restriction though. 
Cant wait to meet the "New Me"

E: Atkins bar with strawberries (addicted to both ATM)

B: Pumpkin pie overnight oats with granola

S: 1/2 slice cheesecake I made (highhh protein)

L: Salad with broccoli, carrots, cheese, chicken, and light ranch dressing

S: Protein bread with PB

D: Tilapia with broccoli and a sweet potato with PB.

Experienced a leak in my port, and had no restriction for over 9 months. Had leak repair surgery on 1/31/11 and am back on my journey again! :)

If PB stands for Peanut Butter I am totally jealous. I haven't been able to eat peanut butter since my surgery :(

L:  Protein Shake
S: fruit salad
D: mahi mahi and roasted veggies
Workout: 35 min on elliptical and 20 minutes strength training

B:  GNC Amp chocolate Protein shake, 6 ounces milk

S:  Laughing Cow cheese wedge

L:  1/2 cup turkey chili, 1/4 cup of 50% low fat cheddar

D:  Paprikash chicken -  cooking right now in the crock pot.  Haven't had this yet, hoping for a good outcome!!

45 minutes elliptical - hoping to be cleared for weights at my appointment on Wednesday!

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

Oh MAN...watermelon is one of the very few things my band won't tolerate!  I miss it and sometimes when my love is eating it, I'll straight up suck out the juices like a freak.  LOL...no shame in my game!
