So happy it's the weekend!  I am hoping to get some much needed yard work done tomorrow while the hubs is home to watch the kidds.  Hoping it's not 100 degrees tomorrow! I also hope that I can stay on track with my eating.  I am loving having restriction again!

Early:  Coffee
B: Click Mocha Protein Shake made with 1/2 soy milk and 1/2 water
L: Same as yesterday (chicken burger and griled zuchinni)
D: Not sure yet, but am hoping to go use one of our Groupons at a sushi place.  I will have a piece of grilled teriayaki salmon.  YUM!

Workout:  Treadmill workout today.  Hoping to get a good interval workout of running and walking for 1 hour.  My muscles are sore from the gym yesterday.  So we shall see.

Lunch: broccoli cheese soup

Dinner: Greek yogurt or some soup

Snack: Atkins protein shake

Breakfast: Vanilla protein shake w/ 3T fiber sprinkles

Snack: 3/4 c high fiber cereal, 1/2 c blueberries and 1 c unsweetened almond milk

Lunch: 2 oz meatloaf

Snack: hard boiled egg and pepper jack cheese stick

Dinner: 4 oz albacore white tuna, 2 c romaine lettuce and 2T Kraft FF Asian dressing
