What are we eating this MONDAY?

Good Morning!  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.  My eating plan for today is

Early: Coffee
B: Protein Shake
L: Left over tofu and peppers in curry sauce
Snack: Mini Babybel with a couple crackers
D: grilled fish and roasted veggies

Workout: Heading to the gym for some cardio and strength training and then will probably help my mom in her yard.  It's going to be another HOT week in St. Louis!

Today hummmmmm let's see:
Fat Free cottage cheese with a dolop of hot homemade salsa 180 cal.
snack: protien bar 200 cal.
lunch:2 cups of boullion with instant mashed potatoes, tobasco, and fat free sour cream 200 cal.
snack: yogurt 110 cal.
dinner: watermelon and some chx breast cassarole 400 cal.

Kelly, I completely forgot about cottage cheese with salsa, and it used to be one of my favorites!  Thanks for the reminder!  Have a great rest of the day!

Yes, that is my go to food,a must have for me.....so little calories and so much protien.
