Good Morning!  I feel so energized today!  Can't wait to start the day.

Early: Coffee
B: Click Mocha Protein Shake made with soy milk
L: Lemon Herb Chicken and cheese roll up and some grilled veggies
Snack:  Cottage cheese and salsa
D: Mushroom and Swiss chicken burgers with more grilled veggies

Workout:  Since I changed plans yesterday, and skipped the gym for an outside 4 mile walk/jog around the lake, I think I will head to the gym for 45 min cardio and 20 min strength.  Have a GREAT day!

Food:
B: Click vanilla latte protein shake (made with almond milk)
S: iced skinny SF caramel latte
S: protein bar
L: 1/2 oat/wheat pita with chicken, chopped veggies, and Thai peanut sauce
S: almonds
D: crab-stuffed eggplant, tomato salad
S: granola bar

Workout:
45 minutes mat Pilates class

Early - Coffee w/ Splenda & FF Half & Half

Breakfast - Hi Lo Protein Cereal w/ unsweetened almond milk

Lunch - Roasted Chicken over salad w/ balsamic dressing, a peach

Dinner - It's the BF's b-day, so he wants a porterhouse steak.  I'll have that with some veggies.


Gym - 35 minutes elliptical, 30 minute walk outside (it's gorgeous out today)

Breakfast  :  2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon

Lunch  :   5 thin slices of deli ham with two slices of swiss cheese

Snack before Zumba    3 oz of bbq chicken thigh  and 10 fritos

Dinner  after Zumba :  cheeseburger patty,   1/2 ear of corn on the cob  , and some broccoli slaw


Exercise :  One Hr of Zumba with 2 pound weights
