Good Morning!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  Mine was great!  I was able to go for a run on Sat and Sun, both at the 3.7 mile trail around a beautiful lake.  I always feel so good after getting some outdoor exercise. Exercise also helps me stay on track with my eating.  Here's todays plan.

Early: Coffee
B: Protein Shake
L: ham and cheese roll up
S: wheat crackers
D: chicken thigh and grilled asparagus

Workout:  Heading to the gym for some strength training and a little bit of cardio, maybe 35 min on elliptical.

I haven't been planning my meals and today is a good day to start that again!

Early: Atkins mocha latte shake

Breakfast: Chobani peach yogurt 3/4 of it

Lunch: 1/4 cup of chicken salad and 2 thin slices of avocado

Dinner: 3 oz. broccoli cheese stuffed chicken, and 1/4 cup really steamed broccoli.

D:                  pork spare ribs w/ homemade Bar-B-Q sauce
                     green beans
s:                   SF popsicle

B: Click vanilla latte protein shake
S: iced skinny latte with SF caramel
S: granola bar
L: leftover meatball, leftover stuffed mini eggplant
S: baba ganoush (roasted eggplant dip) with mini rice cakes
D: chicken thigh, barley & veggy salad
S: fresh figs

My workout:
45 minute class (20 min. cardio, 20 min. weight training, 5 min. stretching)

Breakfast   Egg, Bacon Muffin with cheese

Lunch    cheeseburger patty , cottage cheese and Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers broccoli , carrots and cauliflower

Dinner   some kind of meat  (probably another cheeseburger patty since I got six of them left ) , valley fresh steamers again that was pretty good, cottage cheese

Exercise   60 min of Zumba tonight

I hate having two jobs, well two paying and all the other crap us women have to do around the house!! The gym is the first thing to suffer, I so HAVE to get back.

B:  GNC Metabolic 60 chocolate protein, 8 ounces skim milk, 2 tbsp PB2

L:  2 pieces of sushi -- went with my son who are three rolls and a special roll, and I ate two pieces.  I wouldn't have gone if it wasn't  for his preference.

S:  1/4 cup of cocoa almonds

D:  4 ounces turkey thigh, JJ Flatbread/everything, 2 wedges of WW spreadable cheese

S:  3 dark hershey kisses.  78 calories for 3!!!! Worth it?? Dunno. LOL

Today was my first day back on the bandwagon. So far so good!

B: Vanilla/Choc protein shake
S: Apple
L: Vanilla/Choc protein shake
D: stirfry with shrip and 1 cup of cottage cheese

About 1,000 calories today. I might throw in another shake this evening. They are ssssssoooooooo good and it gives me the "sweet" taste that I tend to crave at night!
