NSV!

Ran a 5K yesterday in my best time yet...32 minutes 30 seconds.  That means I ran a 10 minute 29 second mile!  I'm pretty excited about that.  From someone who used to fake being sick the day of the one mile fitness test all through grade and high school, this is quite an achievement!

I still have a lot of weight to lose, and it's going slow, but it's these NSV's that remind me why I started this journey in the first place!  Excellent motivation!

Congrats to you Jamie !!

It dont matter how slow we go , all that matters is that we can do things now that we could never do a yr ago or many yrs ago .

This time next yr you will be doing things you couldnt do this yr :o)

Wow! congrats! You beat my time! I am only pacing 14 minutes per mile.
I keep trying to beat my time with each race..some day hope to be down to 12 minutes.
I think that is great time!!

Congratulations! You have achieved something I never will. Running is just not in me and I am very envious!

Keep it up.
