It has been a LONG time since I've visited this site, but I just realized that yesterday was my 5 year bandiversary! What a journey! I am still so glad I chose the Band, and though sometimes it is a struggle, it is a very worthwhile struggle!

Holding steady at 130!

Happy Bandivesary! Way to go with the "holding steady"! Maybe one of the hardest parts!! 2 more months and I'll be 4 years out. Continued good luck!

Congrats! Do you have before and after photos? I'm down 108 after 3 years. I'd like to lose 20 more lbs but the weight loss seems to have stalled. grrr!! :)

don't get frustrated...the last few pounds are the worst! truth be told, i could stand to lose another 10 but i'm incredibly thrilled to be where I am!
