cookbook?

anyone recomend a good cookbook for weight loss surgery? honestly im really bad at figuring out whats good for me to eat since i now cook for my family. im looking for some good ideas. so recipes would be great! or a cookbook that is usefull!

Surgery Weight-  335             Goal Number Two 249
Current Weight-  325             Goal Number Three 199

There's a book you may want to try that's called (if I remember right) "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery."  But really any recipes that are high protein and relatively low-fat will work.

Also most low carb high protein books will give you lots of good ideas. I find I am very sensitive to carbs and do better if I still to a low carb diet. It should work for a family too just add a starch for them if they want more to eat.
