I am pretty agressive where I only have two keto meals within a 4 hour window. High fat, medium protein an vegetables. I do not count calories any more.

sometimes you need help/support no matter how long.
Whats happened to me?
1) i went from 360 dont to around 185ish.
2) I stayed around 190 for quite a while
3) About 2 years ago i was having some problems. I was getting alot of reflux issues and so the doctor loosened my band
4) over the course of a year i ballooned up to about 220.
5) I have recieved some fills which now I am about 210 and on the loosing track again.
6) I find it much harder to loose than before, but doable. Im now exercising 5 times a day and taking it a little at a time.
Anyway....just wanted to say hi....
I have 5 years of experience at this now...so if you have questions feel free to email me. hope i can answer any questions! :)
Now my question is....how did you get those abs to look so good?...mine are all loose skin

I have had very few problems until recently.
About a month ago i was having night coughs and burping at night..
Because of this i went to the Dr and we decided to do a very small unfill.
I think it helped but probably it wasnt enough
Wednesday, i went to the dr again and we took a much larger unfill.
I think its better now. im not having the coughing at night and i think im much better.
My doc also wants to get an xray with barium so that he can check for any slippage.
I dont think that i am slipped, but could explain why suddenly i got tighter. I am going back in a couple of weeks to check for slippage...i hope not...i dont want another surgury.
Anyone have experience with a slippage?
Another question i have....ever since i had my last unfill i have been very gassy, LOL!
my stomach seems a little more unsettling and i feel like i need to go #2 but i cant. Might just be a coincidence.
any input would be appreciated!
i am still suffering thru this and waiting for my appt on friday. hopefully that small unfill will solve my problems.

the question is whether i can put up with this until a week from friday when my appt is.
as far as other indications of tightness i did notice i am eating a little less than before and get full faster.
But i would rather be more healthy and get a better sleep with a little unfill and monitor more closely on what im eating
i dont get on this site much anymore, but i actually have a valid quesiton and wanted anyones opinions.
I had a fill maybe 3 months ago..the fill before was a year before that.
in the last month or so at night i have been coughing more than usual. i have also noticed i have been burping at night also which is causing me to not sleep as well. I dont cough during the day. i am burping on occasion during the day. I set up an appt with the lap band doc for a week from friday. They said i might be a little tight and i might have some acid reflux
Im wondering if its because im a little too tight and that is causing the coughing and burping at night.
any thoughts from the croud?
its been a great journey...ive lost a total of 172 pounds. im 188 and my goal is 174... but if i dont make it exactly thats ok too!
i really am not loosing much anymore...but im really not trying to loose...im in no rush!

I agree, You get fat because you consume more than what you burn off. but that part was rude too!
He had no idea if that woman did no excercise at all or worked out 5 times a week. You dont know until you are in that persons shoes.
Anyway im sorry you got that rude comment a couple weeks ago.
I told him...."Do you really think shes lazy?! Oh really? Shes probably 150 pounds overweight. I myself used to be 160 pounds heavier than im now. Im no longer that heavy! I was carrying around the equivalent of another person! " So then i asked him, "Do you think a someone who carries around the equivalent of 160 pounds on him 24/7 a LAZY person?" Well he kind of got a little flustered because he knew i was a little mad. and he said , "well, uhhh, no!" Anyway he later appologized and congratulated me on my wieght loss and I really dont think he is a bad guy, just a little naive and stupid.
Anyway theres my Friday bar story....tell me what u guys think....have you had any similar experiences?
