A stuck schmuck

Just an FYI over the last several months my weight loss has stalled but once again took a turn for the BEST. This message is for all you stuck schmucks, stay the course and the weight will begin to drop again as your body re-adjusts. It may take several days or weeks but HANG IN THERE!

Yep , and sometimes you may need to up your calories to get going again.
