Started exerciseing on my bow flex yesterday and incorperated a longer walk rite after kicked my butt this morning i was like i don,t want to do this o yes you do get you butt up and moving so i did had been on a stall so haven,t been on scale for about 10 days on the way back from my walk i hoped on my scale and walaa 344# this was a big ol fart suprise for me i love my new second chance on life Hope you all have a great day ! i already have take care and God Bless your the greatest bunch of losers a guy could have for friends and advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, those stalls can be a bear.  But getting out there and moving can really break a stall.  Doing physical work around the house...Like cleaning out the car or working on the shrubs would break my stall for some reason.  For me, I would lose the most when I did hard physical work...

Good stuff Dan! You are kicking butt!! Looks like all us guys that had surgery pretty close together are doing pretty good so far........knock on wood...... but we'll take it for sure!

Great job Dan.  I love that with the tool we've been given, all we need is to give ourselves a little motivation and get off our duffs and we are rewarded with losses.  Keep up the good work!
